She wowed the world in the sitcom Friends, not only with her wonderful comic timing but also with her amazing looks but it seems that Courtney Cox is struggling with the aging process just like everybody else.
The actress revealed her insecurities bout getting older on a recent expedition with adventurer Bear Grills. On a clip which has been released in promotion of the episode she can be heard telling the outdoorsy Brit that ‘getting older is not the easiest thing. But I have learned lessons. I was trying to keep up with getting older and trying to chase that. It’s something you can’t keep up with. The more you relax with it and the less you try.’
It seems that Cox was speaking in reference to the plastic surgey proceedures that she has endured in recent years in order to stay looking young. Many have commeneted that it has left her face looking rather strange instead of looking younger.
In the up and coming eprisode of the adventure series Cox can be seen over coming her fear of hights by traversing a ravine on nothing but a wire. She also tucks into a meal of testicles, a far cry from the glamourous Hollywood life that she is used to living.
