The headstone of Bobbi Brown, daughter of Whitney Houston, has been revealed for the first time. It remembers Bobbi as a ‘daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece and friend’. She is buried next to her mother in a cemetery in New Jersey.
The daughter of the Bodyguard star died in July 2015 after being found unconscious in a bath after taking a cocktail of illegal drugs six months earlier. She has been kept in a coma but died just weeks after her family decided to remove her from life support. Bobbi’s former boyfriend, Nick Gordon, has been banned from visiting the grave after he was found to be complicit in her death.
The authorities found that Gordon was liable for the death and was ordered to pay her family $36million, though he did not face any criminal prosecution. Bobbi’s death came just three years after the tragic death of her mother in 2012. Whitney was also found submerged in a bathtub at the Beverly Hills Hotel just tow days after she was seen performing at a pre-Grammys party in LA.
Whitney’s death was also ruled an accident and they found a string of drugs in her system including alprozolam, cocaine and cannabis.
