Chat show host Jimmy Kimmel has given Stephen Colbert some solid advice about hosting the Emmys. Kimmel, who hosted the awards show last year, gave Colbert some inside tips when he stopped by his show to chat about handing over the torch.
Kimmel advised Colbert that it’s a ‘great room’ to host and that he has probably met most of the people who would be there. He said ‘You know everyone there. I mean, almost everyone there you’ve had on your show.’ Adding ‘And also, they know you host a show every night, so they don’t want to be caught on camera yawning or doing something that you might see and punish them for later on.’
The Emmys will be shown on television this Sunday!
