The couple met on the set of Game of Thrones and played on-screen lovers before becoming romantically involved in real life. They made their first public appearance at the Olivier Awards in London last year. Speaking in an interview last year, Harrington said that the best time they had was while filming in Iceland. ‘Because the country is beautiful, because the Northern Lights are magical, and because it was there that I fell in love.’
He also spoke about how easy it was to fall in love with Leslie. ‘If you’re already attracted to someone, and then they play your love interest in the show, it becomes very easy to fall in love.’ Leslie is now starring in the hit US show The Good Life.
