It’s been seven months she and Kanye West welcomed little Siant West into the world but Kim has now announced that she has finally managed to shed the 70lbs she put on in pregnancy and is back to her former weight. She has said that she now weighs just 120lbs.
The spoke of her struggle to regain her figure in an interview with America’s people magazine at an event in Las Vegas yesterday. The reality star said that she was ‘definitely to my goal weight.’ Though she added that she was surprised that she managed to lose the baby weight so quickly saying that she was ‘definitely down way more than I expected.’
Kim has admitted that she follows the high controversial Atkins diet which is based on a high fat, low carb intake of foods. Many experts have slammed the diet saying that it is dangerous and unsustainable. A spokesperson for the Atkins diet said of Kim that she would have an ‘egg, cheese and vegetable omelette for breakfast.’ Adding that ‘for lunch, it would typically be a turkey burger with salad and pickled onions.’
Though Kim admits that herself was surprised with her weight loss, it comes as little surprise to us when you consider that the star has a personal trainer and a chef.
