It’s only been 48 hours since we heard about the death of Tara Palmer-Tomkinson but many have come out to praise the genorosity and kindness of the socialite who passed away yesterday at the age of 45. One such story was told by daytime television host Holly Willoughby. She recounted the story of a girls night out – telling This Morning viewers that when she complimented her ring, Tara popped it in her champagne class and told her to keep the Chanel piece of jewellery. Speaking about her sadness that Tara had passed away Holly said ‘she had an incredible energy. I was lucky enough to know her and she was very good friends with a close friend of mine and she just had that special energy about her.’
Holly and Phil were interviewing another friend of Tara’s – Ivan Massow. The entrepreneur said that his close friend had become increasingly frail in the past few months and that she had been in a dark place recently. He also said he had not seen her for the past several weeks.
