Chis Hemsworth and his wife, Elsa Pataky, have been spotted in Byron Bay having a heated exchange. The couple looked to be having some sort of altercation as a source has claimed that ‘tension is brewing’ between the pair. The source also claimed that Elsa is bored of being at home while husband Chris goes out and furthers his career. They said ‘Elsa is a huge star in Spain, so it’s a bit insulting for her to now be known as just Mrs Chris Hemsworth.’
Elsa has started to build a career in Australia but it is nothing compared to the success that she enjoyed in Spain before moving to be with Hemsworth in his native Australia. The insider went on to say that ‘They got into a fight over it and she told him that she’s not a baby-making machine.’
The actress recently spoke about her move to Australia in an interview to promote her new role as an ambassador for L’OREAL Paris. She admitted that she would like to be known on her own terms and not only as the wife of a Hollywood star. ‘I want… people to know me a little bit more than as Chris’s wife.’
