Pop star Perrie Edwards has declared her love for her footballer boyfriend Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain in a sweet social media post. The Little Mix star recently said that she wanted to spend the rest of her life with Alex before sharing a picture of the two before they headed off on a date night.
She shared the picture to celebrate Alex’s birthday but also used the opportunity to tell the world how she feels about him. she captioned the picture ‘Happy birthday my love. 24! If I can wake up to this for the rest of my life that would be wonderful!’ Speculation about the pair surfaced last year after Edwards was spotted at an Arsenal match and he was seen attending one of her concerts.
According to a source, the couple has been inseparable in recent weeks since Perrie returned from touring where the band has been supporting Ariana Grande all across the United States. They also revealed that Perrie bought her family Arsenal themed presents for Christmas. ‘Perrie has bought her family and friends Arsenal merchandise for Christmas – it shows how much she thinks of him.’
Alex also revealed in an interview that he is a fan of boyband One Direction, despite that Perrie was once engaged to Zayn Malik who found fame in the band. He told a newspaper ‘I’d be lying if I said I didn’t enjoy a bit of One Direction every now and then.’
