Anna Wintour might have been the editor of Vouge for the past 30 years but she has recently landed a new position – a grandmother! The edition to the family comes courtesy of her son Charles Shaffer and wife who gave birth to a baby girl on Tuesday.
Wintour’s daughter in law shared the happy news with the world by posting a picture on her Instagram account this week. The caption, which was posted alongside an adorable picture of the new addition read ‘Welcome Home Baby Caroline. Born 3/28/17 6lbs 14oz.’
There has been a string of good news for the family after it was announced that Anna’s daughter Bea also recently got engaged to Francesco Carrozzini. Francesco is the son of former Italian Vouge editor Franca Sozzani who died last year.
