She is as known for her perfect complexion and perfectly styled hair as she is for belting out her ballads such as Someone Like You and Million Years Ago. But Adele decided to buck her own trend today and post a makeup-free picture of herself on her social media.
The black and white photos were taken backstage at the latest venue of her epic world tour which she is currently on. She recently revealed that Adele we all see on stage rarely comes out when she is not performing. The singer said ‘I don’t go out like this. I look like a bedraggled mother; I look like anyone else. When I’m with my kid I’m in leggings and a jumper and a pair of Converse because the grubby little hands are going to mark anything nice.’
The singer is currently in Vancouver and will continue touring the globe until November, meaning that the star has been working solidly for a year since the release of her latest album 25 which included the mega hit Hello. Adele is one the most successful singers in recent history with her latest album selling over 3 million copies in the US in the first week alone. She is also said to be in talks to signs a new deal with Sony Records for around $80 million, though it is believed that nothing is yet confirmed.
